fix(cv-search-data): use MigrationConstants.SchemaName in AddJobProviders migration
Replace hardcoded "cvSearch" string literals with MigrationConstants.SchemaName in the Up, InsertData, and Down methods, consistent with all other migrations. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
